Section Chief Yao led people towards the kitchen.

Lu Xiao followed, not slow.

He paused for a moment when he saw that the kitchen area had not been completely sealed, and the outside of the exhaust pipe was covered with a protective film.

The words Xu Tai taught him finally found a place to use.

"Chief Yao, I have one more thing to say here."

Lu Xiao raised his hand and pointed to the smoke vent.

"The biggest fear of this kind of old bungalow being converted into a business is the smoke from the kitchen. Now they say they will make refreshments, but they can have a private banquet tomorrow. Will they be able to turn it into a members-only restaurant the day after tomorrow?"

The young staff member stopped writing.

Section Chief Yao also turned to look at Su Wantang.

"Will you have a catering business here in the future?"

Before Su Wantang spoke, Lu Xiao added another sentence.

"There is also a membership system. It is not open to individual customers on the surface, but it is actually a more private dining club. How will nearby residents supervise it? How will the fire protection be verified? How will food safety be held accountable?"

He finished speaking in one breath, and the simmering fire in his chest dissipated a little.

Xu Tai is right about this set of words.

It's hard to do things, but easy to find things.

The scene was quiet for a few seconds.

Su Wantang picked up the document.

Xia Ruobing reached out first and handed over another blue folder.

"Chief Yao, this is a description of Zangfeng's reception system and usage boundaries."

Her voice is not high.

Section Chief Yao took it.

There are four lines of words written on the cover.

Not open for dining.

Not operated by individual customers.

Non-high frequency turning.

Not accepted for banquets.

Lu Xiao frowned.

Xia Ruobing continued: "Zangfeng's main business is business exchanges and tea receptions. The kitchen is only responsible for reheating refreshments, preparing light meals, and preparing cold brewed tea. There is no open fire for stir-frying, no open menu, and no dine-in sales."

She turned to the second page.

"Formal banquets are delivered from an external central kitchen. Here are supplier qualifications, delivery temperature control record templates, raw material sample retention terms, random inspection liability terms and expedited delivery fee caps."

The young staff member glanced at her.

This material was not improvised.

Section Chief Yao turned to the back.

"Member creation?"

Xia Ruobing nodded.

"Each member establishes a file of drink preferences, allergens, and reception taboos. Refreshments are not sold through on-site recommendation to avoid inducing consumption and operating beyond the scope."

Lu Xiao finally couldn't help laughing.

"That's what you said."

He glanced at Xia Ruobing up and down.

"What did you do before? Do you understand the business rules of Shanghai's old houses?"

No one answered the call.

Su Wantang raised his eyebrows.

Xia Ruobing pressed her fingers on the edge of the document and turned a little pale.

She had heard this too much in the past three years.

What do you know?

Aren’t you a wine seller?

Just smile with your customers and don't talk about professionalism.

She looked at Lu Xiao.

"I don't know how to stage things."

She paused.

“But I understand service scenarios and boundaries of responsibility.”

The smile on Lu Xiao's face froze.

Xia Ruobing pushed the third page in front of Section Chief Yao.
