The moon is tilted to the west, and it's almost dawn.

The monkey squatted on the top of the cliff, leaning against the half-man-high rock, motionless. The mountain wind blew over and dried the mud on his face, making it tight. He didn't pick it, nor did he look at the heavy fog below. He just stared at the edge of the cliff for almost an hour.

There is a vast white mist under your feet, and below the mist is the valley bottom. That big guy is down there. It didn't bark, but occasionally flicked its tail and slapped it on the cliff, causing the gravel to fall down. The monkey didn't use his eyes to see. He opened his hands and faced the edge of the cliff with his palms to catch the wind.

The wind blew up from under the cliff. It's not uniform, it comes in bursts. He closed his eyes, and the wind pushed against his palms. Each wave had a shape - the tail flicked to the left, and the wind deflected to the left, as if someone slapped him from the left with a fan. When the tail is lifted up, the wind will roll up, like the waves of a stream hitting a rock.He could "hear" the movement of the thing in the wind.Flicking the tail, turning the neck, changing positions and lying down, all in the wind.

It was lying down under the cliff. He won't catch up or leave.

The monkey opened his eyes and moved half a step to the edge of the cliff. The fog was too thick to see anything, but he knew the thing knew he was up there. It could smell him, he could feel it.Separated by a layer of fog, no one moved.

The sky began to turn white, the mist shone slightly, and you could see clearly a few feet away from the edge of the cliff. The gray rock wall is full of cracks, moss grows in the cracks, and dewdrops hang on the tips of the moss. The monkey stretched out his head and looked down. The fog was still too thick, and he could only vaguely see a huge outline. It was dark and deeper than the bottom of the valley.

Suddenly, the thing moved.

It's not a tail flick, it's a roll over. The wind suddenly changed direction. The wind caught in the monkey's palm suddenly sank, and it stood up.Then the sound of the wind changed, becoming a very thin and sharp whistling sound, like a blade cutting through the air.

Under the cliff, the monster raised a front paw and slapped it on the cliff.

Not smashing.

The monkey was staring in that direction when the wind in his palm changed first. A very thin and sharp wind pressure rushed up from the bottom of the cliff and hit the cliff first before the cliff cracked. With a click, a crack extended from the middle of the cliff to the top, and gravel rolled down.
