Lin Ye had just finished writing the last box, and before he could move his hand from the edge of the paper, someone shouted again at the emergency entrance.

"The Chengnan night market stall owner and his wife are here!"

Nurse Zhao had already unscrewed the thermos cup, but when she heard this, she put the lid back on.

"Okay, let's keep this water in account first."

Two flat cars pushed in one after the other.

Sister Guo was lying in the front, her lips were gray and her eyes were very red. She was still awake. When she saw the nurse, she wanted to stand up with her arms.

"Doctor, I really don't know that it's not salt. I just mixed a few pots of vegetables. Where is my husband? He just kept vomiting in the car and could hardly scream."

Nurse Zhao stretched out her hand to push her back. The movement was not heavy, but the words were not soft at all.

"Lie down first. Your husband is behind, push it in immediately. Don't vomit it out when you get excited."

Sister Guo's tears suddenly fell.

"If something happens to him, I won't be able to live with it for the rest of my life."

On the flat car at the back, Sister Guo's husband was pushed in.

The man was in his thirties and had not yet taken off his work apron. His chest was stained with dark marks mixed with red oil and rain.He didn't faint, but his eyes were dull. When someone called his name, he had to slow down for a moment before turning his head.

The on-board first responder handed the transfer order to Sun Zhiqiang.

"Male, thirty-eight years old. He ate beef salad and vomited twice on the way. His lips were purple when he got in the car, and the color did not come back after inhaling oxygen. He complained of chest congestion all the way. I just asked for his home phone number and the answer was different twice."

When Sun Zhiqiang took over the order, his first reaction was to look at the red zone.

The official beds are already occupied.

The person in the blue overalls had just taken over the supervision. The Dongyuan girl was still in the child supervision position, and the middle-aged man who had just spoken harshly did not take supervision either.

Nurse Zhao scanned around and started asking people to move the cart.

"First rely on the observation position, connect the oxygen and leads."

Lin Ye looked at Sister Guo's husband.

The man retched again and leaned to one side. The escorting nurse quickly handed over the bent plate. Not much was spit out, just a little water mixed with the smell of red oil, which made him cough several times.

After coughing, he didn't look up immediately.

The gray-purple layer on the lips is more obvious.

In the corner of Lin Ye's field of vision, light blue writing lit up.

【Emergency warning system】

[Suspected disease names: nitrite poisoning, acute methemoglobinemia.】

[Abnormal points: repeated vomiting, slow reaction, lips still gray after inhaling oxygen.】

[Key risks: Increased airway risks.】

Lin Ye only glanced at it, and then his eyes fell back on Sister Guo's husband.

The man was still coughing and never fully raised his head.

He cursed in his mind and looked up at Sun Zhiqiang, his voice a little more urgent than before.

"Teacher Sun, you can't put this in the observation position first."

Sun Zhiqiang turned his face.

Lin Ye pointed to the curved plate next to the flat car, and then looked at Sister Guo's husband who had not yet completely raised his head.

"Teacher Sun, he can't be too far away from the red zone. He vomited twice on the way, and he couldn't lift his head when he coughed just now. The color of his lips didn't change even when he was breathing oxygen. Put the suction tube next to the bed, and the second line must come over first to check the airway."

Ma Hao subconsciously glanced at the red zone.

"But it's full over there."

"We can't let him lie far away when it's full." Lin Ye didn't look at Ma Hao and spoke very quickly, "If you really vomit, there's no one around to watch. It would be even more troublesome to choke."

Sun Zhiqiang was only two seconds late.

He lowered his head and glanced at the transfer order, and then at Sister Guo's husband's face.

"Nurse Zhao, don't put the observation position. The flat car is next to the red zone surveillance, and the suction is ready. The second line will look at this first."

Nurse Zhao has already pulled out the suction tube from the side of the treatment cart.

"I heard it. Xiao Zheng, push this way and tilt your head a little. Ma Hao, don't write it wrong on the wristband."

Ma Hao quickly responded.

"I know, Sister Guo's husband."

Sister Guo heard the word "red zone" and struggled to turn her head to look.

"Is he very serious? Doctor, is he more serious than me?"

Nurse Zhao fastened the oxygen mask on her side.

"Don't try too hard. Neither of you are young now. If you can speak, just keep your words for now. When I ask you later where you got the ingredients, how many pots you mixed, and who ate it, you can talk more slowly."

Sister Guo closed her eyes for a moment, tears falling from the corners of her eyes.

"I really didn't mean it."

Lin Ye stood between the two flat cars, his pen tip resting on the paper.

The sound of monitoring the children in the red zone was still ringing, and the mother of the girl from Dongyuan was still asking the doctor in a low voice through half the curtain.

Sun Zhiqiang glanced at him.

"Lin Ye, don't stand there. Make up the time you arrived at the hospital first. Also write down the men's items, including vomiting, slow reaction, and no obvious changes after oxygen inhalation. Don't rush to write down the name of the disease, let the second line speak with the results."

"Understood."

Lin Ye picked up the pen and had just written two lines when the second-line emergency doctor had already walked over from the blue overalls.

He looked at Sister Guo's husband first, and then glanced at the bent disk.

"Ever vomited?"

Lin Ye reported to him what the first responder had just said.

"Two times on the way, I retched and coughed a few times when I got to the door. I was slow to answer, and I also answered wrongly when I asked about the phone number just now. My lips were gray and purple, and the change was not obvious after inhaling oxygen."

The second-line doctor didn't ask any questions and said directly to the nurse: "Put the suction at his hand, but don't let him lie down yet. The blood gas will be co-oxygenated, and the electrolytes and lactic acid will be sent together."

He glanced at Sister Guo's husband's gray lips and added.

"Ask if you can about the history of favismosis and allergies. If you can't ask, call us first. Let the pharmacy prepare the methylene blue and wait for the results and the superior doctor's advice."

Sister Guo's husband heard the "family call" and his eyelids moved.

"Don't call my mother."

The voice was so low that it was almost inaudible mixed with the sound of oxygen.

Ma Hao's hand on the wristband paused.
