The man looked up to the sky and laughed like crazy, which made everyone in the audience feel numb.

The crowd surged involuntarily.

"Back off! Back off!"

Several Tieli guards raised their spears and pushed the crowd back.

"You don't even care about your life, do you?"

One of the guards spat and cursed, "Everyone wants to follow his son to meet the mountain god?"

"Stand back!"

The crowd then took half a step back angrily.

At the entrance of the stone courtyard, the guard captain held his sword and shouted angrily at the disheveled man in the courtyard.

"Shi Deaf! You old guy, how crazy are you! You made such a big noise!"

"Blow it up again."

The captain collapsed half of the courtyard wall with one finger and said, "I'll demolish your lousy courtyard!"

While they were making a fuss, an eleven or twelve-year-old girl ran out of the house.

The girl was born thin and small, wearing old patched clothes.

"Master Jun! Master Jun, calm down!"

She rushed to the captain in a few steps, bowed repeatedly, and said, "I'll get him in right now, don't be angry!"

As she said that, she turned around and ran to the crazy man, stretched out her two little hands, and tried to pull him hard.

"Master! Stop gesticulating and come into the house with me!"

Deaf Shi seemed to have not heard anything.

He grabbed the girl's arm and pointed at the gravel on the ground, his eyes shining.

"Wuni! Did you see it? It's done! It collapsed in pieces! Haha!"

"I saw it, I saw it!"

The girl coaxed and pulled her, looking like a little adult, and said,

"You are great! You are the most powerful in the world! Come into the house and I will take care of it!"

"Wait a minute, I'll take a look again!"

Deaf Shi broke away from Wu Ni's hand, squatted down, picked up a piece of gravel, and looked at it over and over.

The captain of the guard looked at the old and the young and shook his head helplessly.

"It's enough for you!"

He waved his hand and shouted to his men, "No one was hurt, just disperse!"

Seeing that there was no big trouble, several Tieli guards put away their spears and retreated.

The crowd did not disperse.

People in twos and threes gathered outside the collapsed wall, talking in all directions.

"This Wu Ni is so pitiful."

An old man lowered his voice and said, "Her mother had a difficult delivery when she was born. She was not yet one year old, and her father is gone too. For such a big baby, she has to take care of this crazy old man."

"It's not all the blame on this deaf man!"

A woman with a mean face said in a shrill voice, "It was him who was so obsessed with it that he came up with this evil way to collapse the mountain. The mountain did not collapse, but he provoked the wrath of the mountain god. A big stone fell from the air and killed his own son!"

"In my opinion, it was the mountain god who wanted to accept this old immortal."

A person next to him continued, tut-tutting, "It was his son who took that blow for him and prevented the disaster."

At the entrance of the courtyard, the girl turned her head sharply.

She put her hands on her hips, blocked the door with her thin body, and shouted to the crowd,

"I didn't destroy you! Why are you mentioning my father?"

"Keep talking, or my father will take you all to see the mountain god!"

"Hey, look at this little vixen."

The mean woman showed no sign of weakness and spat, saying, "You are just as charming as your short-lived mother! I see, your father and mother are the ones who killed this little broom star of yours!"

"Next time, I will kill you!"

The girl's eyes were red and she didn't give in.

"Get away from me!"

From behind the crowd, a man suddenly walked out.

The person who came was a strong man, wearing a suit of Iron Li Army leather armor, and had a cold expression.

"Let's go, let's go! It's not as lively as you guys can see!"

As soon as the onlookers saw this man, their expressions changed. They didn't dare to say anything anymore and dispersed one after another.

As soon as the girl saw the visitor, her tight, angry little face suddenly softened.

The circles under his eyes also turned red.

"Uncle Hagu..."

"I just returned to the city, and I heard some noise outside the city."

Hagu sullenly walked into the yard.

He walked to Shi Deaf and squatted down, picking up a piece of gravel.

"Master! Why did you collapse the stone again?"

Hagu's voice was a bit annoyed as he said, "Didn't you promise me that you would never touch this thing again?"

"Look, I'm done!"

Shi Deaf didn't seem to hear what he was saying at all, he just held up the gravel in his hand and yelled at him.

"It's no use even if it's done!"

Hagu put down the gravel in his hand and said word by word,

"Mountains have bones, stones have souls, and each chisel is used to respect the mountain god. Three points of respect, one inch given, one piece taken, and one thank you. Isn't this what you taught me sentence by sentence?"

"Use gunpowder to break the bones of the mountain to anger the mountain god!"
