"Huh..."

Ilsa wiped her forehead and picked up the freshly squeezed milk.

This is the last cow, and once that's done, the day's work is over.

After tidying up the cowshed and adding fresh fodder, he picked up the milk and put it in the cellar for storage.

"Mrs. Mara, the cowshed has been packed and the cows have been milked." Ilsa reported to the dairy farmer.

"Thank you, my dear, you've been working so neatly for just a few days. I feel much more relaxed now that I have you." This woman in her thirties, plump and unattractive, said with a squinted smile.

"There are still a lot of things to learn." Ilsa said sheepishly.

"Sigh... It happened to be a busy time in the ranch, and my husband went on a business trip overseas. It's hard to find people around here. Fortunately, you are here to help me solve part of my troubles..." Mara said.

"It's okay, Mrs. Mara, if there is anything else you need my help with, just ask." Ilsa said positively.

"Hoho, dear, you can't help me with the other part~" The plump, ox-human woman slightly plumped up her chest and showed her a meaningful smile.

"Uh...that's it..." Ilsa said a little embarrassedly after she finally reacted.

"But it's really hard for you. You have to go to work at such a young age. Oh...how is your father who is paralyzed in bed?" Mara asked.

"Ah...well, everything is okay..." Ilsa said with a guilty conscience.

When I first came here, in order to make others accept me, I deliberately made up a tragic life story in which I needed to take care of my old father who was paralyzed in bed. It turned out that I could get the job without such an excuse, but after I said it, I couldn't change it.

"Here, here is your wages for today. Keep it and don't drop it." Mara took out her wallet and handed her a few bills.

"Here, there are a lot more today." Ilsa said, looking at the money in her hand.

"It's okay, my dear, you're doing a great job. One person is worth two of my workers. Originally, we needed to recruit one more, but it seems we don't need one now." Mrs. Mara smiled gently.

"Well, then, thank you, Mrs. Mara." Ilsa blushed slightly, but accepted the money.

After packing up, she put on her coat and got a bottle of milk. She said goodbye to Mrs. Mara and left the dairy farm.

After walking for about half an hour, I returned to my current residence, the old three-story hut.

After coming back, I went to the chicken coop first, got ground corn to feed the chickens, and collected the four eggs laid today before entering the house.

"Yafeng, I'm back..."

"You don't want your registered permanent residence at all, do you dare to talk to me like this?!"

As soon as he entered, he heard shouts and curses coming from the living room, and then saw Ya Feng standing up, and was about to rush out in anger.
